How does it work?

Step 1. Send us your referral

Send an email with the subject line “Referral” to сv@pipeweld.ee.

Please include the following information:

  • Your full name;
  • The full name of the person you are referring;
  • The candidate’s phone number or email address.

Minimum requirements for the referred candidate

The candidate must:

  • Hold an EU passport or a permanent residence permit in a European country;
  • Be interested in working on industrial projects across Europe.

Step 2. The candidate starts working

We will contact the candidate, conduct an interview, and offer employment if their qualifications meet our requirements.

If your referred candidate successfully completes the recruitment process and starts working with Pipeweld.ee, you will receive €350.

Step 3. The candidate stays with us for more than 6 months

If your referred candidate remains employed by Pipeweld.ee for more than 6 months, you will receive an additional €650.

Total reward: €1,000

Earn a total of €1,000 for every successfully hired and retained specialist you refer.
