We Are Hiring — Qualified Stainless Steel Pipe Welder for Projects in Sweden and Norway
About the Projects
- Industrial facilities with high welding quality requirements:
- 100% Visual Inspection (VT), including both internal and external checks
- Partial Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
- Material: Stainless steel 304 / 316
Project #1 (Norway):
- Wall thickness: 2–3 mm
- Diameters: DN 50–250
Project #2 (Sweden):
- Wall thickness: 2–10 mm
- Diameters: DN 25–400
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of pipe welding experience (on industrial sites)
- Knowledge of welding quality standards: EN ISO 5817 – level B or C
- Valid welding certificate
- Hot work safety training (Varme arbeider / Hot Work)
- Willingness to assist the pipefitter during pipeline assembly
The recruitment process always requires the candidate to either come to one of our project sites to complete an initial welding test or visit our workshop in Sillamäe at: Tallinna mnt 3G, 40232 Sillamäe, Estonia.
However, we also offer the option to demonstrate and verify your welding skills online, which significantly simplifies the recruitment process and saves a lot of time. Another important advantage is that it gives you an opportunity to stand out from other candidates applying for the position.
If you have access to a welding machine, pipes, and a mobile phone with a camera, please watch this video carefully and record your welding test exactly according to the instructions shown in the video.

Project 1 (Norway):
- EU citizenship only
Project 2 (Sweden):
- Temporary or permanent residency in the EU
Preferred Qualifications
- Working at height certification
- Boom/scissor lift operator certificate
- English language skills
- Driving license (category B)
Conditions
Pay:
- Based on qualifications and experience
- Gross: 300–350 SEK / NOK per hour
Schedule:
- Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
- 160–180 hours per month
Accommodation:
- Private room for each worker
Travel:
- Flight ticket with checked baggage — covered by the company
Workwear:
- Provided by the employer
