We Are Hiring: Multi-Skilled Workshop Pipe Welders / Fitters


We are currently looking for multi-skilled workshop pipe welders/fitters with experience in metal fabrication.
This is a combined role — welder and pipe fitter in one person, ideal for professionals searching for a welder job in workshop.


About the Work & Quality Standards

Work will be carried out in a workshop environment with high quality requirements in accordance with ASME standards and industry welding regulations.

The job includes welding stainless steel using modern TIG (GTAW 141) and MAG (135) processes, with advanced Fronius welding equipment.

Your main responsibility will be assembly and welding according to drawings. During the first two weeks, you will receive full guidance — each worker will be individually trained in the production processes.

The key requirement is that you are an experienced welder with a valid 6G certification and at least 5 years of experience. You should be able to independently assemble and weld piping based on drawings. All additional skills will be taught on site.

Quality control includes:

  • 100% visual inspection (VT) — internal and external
  • Partial non-destructive testing (NDT) — 5–10%

Materials:

    • Stainless steel 304 / 316
    • Wall thickness: 3–4 mm
    • Pipe diameters: DN 25–150

 


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pipe fitting and pipe weld operations (workshop environment)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high quality
  • Strong welding skills and understanding of different welding processes 141 – 135
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and isometric drawings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technological processes at different production facilities
  • Solid understanding of welding quality standards and tolerances:
    • EN ISO 5817 — Level B or C
    • ASME standards
  • Experience as a construction mechanic or similar is an advantage

Legal Requirements

  • Valid EU passport
  • Temporary / permanent residence permit in the EU

Preferred Qualifications

  • English language skills — advantage
  • Driving license (Category B) — advantage
  • Valid welding certificate is a plus

Conditions

Pay

  • Based on qualifications and experience
  • Netto salary: 19-22 euro per hour

Work Schedule

  • Rotation:
    • 3 weeks on / 1 week off
    • or 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
  • 170–180 working hours per 3 weeks

  • Flight tickets covered by the company
